Make-up Policy & Procedure

We have an extremely flexible make up policy where if you have to miss class for ANY reason, you can attend another class in ANY other location across the GTA during your CURRENT SESSION (if spots are open).

How do I cancel a class that I can’t attend?

  • Sign into your account with your email and password.
  • Click on your profile icon at the top right of your screen (if you’ve added a profile pic, it will be that picture). This will take you to your Mighty Mom account where you will see your menu at the top of the screen. 
  • Click on BOOKINGS and you will see all of your classes that you are enrolled in.
  • Click the CANCEL button that is connected to the class you cannot attend. Proceed with the pop up to cancel your class. That’s it. 

How do I book a make up class? 

  • Whether you have canceled your own class OR your instructor has marked you absent,  you can book a make up class for any class on our schedule. 
  • Go to our drop in class calendar, click on the class you want and sign into your account when prompted.
  • You will see the class credit corresponding to the class you canceled or missed to use to reserve your for the class, click this option and proceed with your booking. That’s it!

My child is older and moving around, can I still come to class?

Yes of Course! There is no age limit to bring your kids to a Mighty Mom Class. We will do our best to accommodate exercises that include children that are mobile but please bring snacks and toys to help your child stay busy if you can.

I'm dealing some core dysfunction(prolapse, diastasis recti, back pain) after birth, is this class right for me?

Yes! You are in the right place MAMA! All of our instructors are trained to help you get a great workout while making sure you are engaging in safe exercise for any postpartum issue. A strong foundation including breathwork is always incorporated into our classes. Please let your instructor know BEFORE the class so they can prepare modifications to help you during your workout.

This is my first workout since having a baby and I'm nervous. What can I expect?

You are in the right place mama. We know it can be scary to move again but our instructors are trained to lead workouts that are challenging for all levels of fitness and postpartum recovery.  You'll get guided instruction on how to do every move and we create a positive and supportive environment at the same time. Take breaks as much as you need and ask questions. We are here to support you!

I've been exercising for a while. Will this be challenging enough for me?

Mighty Mom workouts are challenging and our instructors are trained to give SEVERAL options for EVERY level of fitness.  We are all athletes ourselves and know how important it is to feel challenged in a workout.  Let your instructor know that you want to be pushed and we can make it happen. :-)
