This is my second round of Babies and Barbells. The first time around was in person and I absolutely loved the environment! I loved being surrounded by powerful mommas and knowing that we are all working towards a common goal. This time, I engaged in the online version of Babies and Barbells and I loved it! Coach Holly had activities prepared on the app everyday that we can access throughout the entire week. Going back to work, it provided me with the flexibility to complete the workouts any day or time, and she was always available through the app for support! It's helped me feel more strong and confident in my post-partum body!

I’ve done Hollys 6 week Babies & Barbells program both in person as well as virtually. While nothing beats being in person, Hollys virtual option is the closest thing to being there with her! Having the app to be able to view the workouts and track your personal progress, watch videos of specific exercises, join the class virtually, participate in the group chat and be able to connect with Holly plus her check ins - you can’t beat it. Hollys workouts are great because you can always go at your own pace, modify if needed or challenge yourself as you get stronger with more weight etc. I am so glad that I was able to do a second round of the program and fit my workouts in whenever worked best!
